Andrzej Lichota – a versatile artist; painter, draftsman, director. Since his debut in Przekrój in 1998, he has published nearly 6,000 drawings in the most important Polish weeklies and dailies, including “Polska The Times”, “Polityka”, “Wprost”, “Dziennik Polski” or “Rzeczpospolita”. He made 60 short animated films, many of which were broadcast on TV. He runs the TED Foundation, which supports gifted children and youth. He is very busy, still on the road, but he invited us to his studio in Krakow, where we watched him work on a large painting series Corrida.
